Good day, welcome dear reader! It’s been quite a while since the last reading – three weeks to be exact! Elem, I hope you studied everything well, applied it and achieved the first results!

To begin with, let’s recall the previous blog and what we had there:
The first step was to optimize the profile for business, then to choose hashtags (hashtags, #) that correspond to what you offer, turn on the location so that everyone can find you. (geotagging), you look in your neighbor’s yard to see what’s there (analyze the competition) and then nicely reply to everyone’s messages and comments because you’re what – a RESPONSIBLE INSTAGRAMER!
Now, as much as you are a responsible Instagramer, I am a responsible marketer and I respect the agreement. I promised to reveal more “secrets of success” to you and show you what you can do to increase interactions on your profile. If you are here for the first time and somehow you missed the first blog, so now you have no idea why you should have interactions on the post/profile at all, take a step back and read the previous post.
What would our people say: “You’ll just feel like it.”
Assuming that we are now all equipped with the necessary information, we move on to the following five activities that can significantly help you to be known, seen and famous!
Same topic, new knowledge!
1. Paid ads
Yes, advertising is part of marketing. Advertising costs money. However, this is also the basis of success – you need to invest in order to get something in return. I know, I know – you are already investing time, knowledge, experience, space, repro material AND NOW ON ADVERTISING?! That’s right. Because in order for someone to find out about your work, knowledge, experience and use your time to satisfy their needs, they first need to know that you exist. You see, this is where Instagram paid ads can be of great help. Paid ads allow you to accurately profile the person who is your potential customer – this is also popularly called an “avatar”. For example, you sell eco diapers. Your avatar, a potential customer, can be a woman between the ages of 25-45 and is interested in baby products. Keep in mind that this is not your only target group, but it is definitely the primary one. You see, that’s where paid advertising comes in! Why? Because Instagram allows you to find potential clients in a specific location, with specific interests and of a specific age. In addition to the fact that the algorithm is happy when it sees that you are investing, in this way you give it the green light to dedicate itself to you and help you “push through”. At the same time, the price of advertising is still low – the minimum is 1 euro per day (read: 117 dinars). Invest because it pays off! And because it is necessary.
2. Insta Stories
Ok, this is a super interesting topic and a great way to position yourself, express yourself and motivate the audience to be interested in your product/service! When you translate the word “Story” you get the essence of this option – “Priča”. Tell your story through text, photo, gif and/or video! The Story lasts for 24 hours, after which it is not available to the audience – which is great, all the content that you think is not adequate to be found on your profile, but is interesting, goes straight to the Insta Story! Story allows you to use hashtags (hashtags, #) and thus reach new followers. Also, you can announce a new post, publish the post in the story and thus increase the number of people who will see it. All in all, it’s great that you share both your own and other people’s content, that you get closer to the audience and reveal to them what it looks like to be YOU and in this way enable them to connect with you, identify with you, recognize you and ultimately realize that you are super cool and that they should buy the product/service from you. Be cool, use Insta Story!
3. Connect with other profiles
Collaboration is the mother of success. Especially today when online advertising is available to everyone and when Instagram marketing is in full swing. That’s why it’s time to consider options to connect with other brands and/or influencers that are aimed at your target group and achieve cooperation. The algorithm really likes to see when someone mentions you in their text, Story or tag in a photo. Plus, it’s a great way to reach new potential clients and connect with a new audience. Keep in mind that it is also nice to share others on your profile. Be an example! Sometimes you need to take action first to elicit the desired reaction. Phone in hand, research who might be interesting for cooperation and send them a message, share their post on your Story, leave a comment – connect!
4. IGTV – longer video content
Video content is a favorite of the Instagram algorithm. There are several reasons for this, one of the main ones being the amount of time people spend online watching video content. Why is video content important to you? Because the audience likes to watch and listen, much more than to read. In addition, the longer followers watch your video content, the more relevant your profile becomes, thus the more it will be shown. And that, you understand, leads to the door opening to more potential clients.
5. Perseverance
Everything I wrote “falls into the water” if you are not persistent. What it means? That you regularly publish content, that you regularly take all the above steps and that you keep somewhere in your brain that success does not come overnight. Basically, not to give up if things don’t go as planned right away. It won’t always be “honey and milk”.
